Product warranty certificate

Misr Furniture Company guarantees the products against all manufacturing defects in the case of normal use and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this warranty, provided that maintenance is carried out through our company and our maintenance and after-sales service representatives only.

Any damaged part of the product proven to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
 

Warranty terms

The product is installed and transported by Misr Furniture Company in accordance with the technical specifications specified in the sales contracts signed between the company and the customer.

This guarantee is required for validity

• The warranty certificate information will be completed.
• Agreed purchase contract.
• The delivery note is stamped by the company and signed by the customer.

If they are not provided, this guarantee will be invalid.

Company guarantee

Misr Furniture Company for Home Furniture Trade and Supply guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects only and not defects resulting from misuse. The duration of the warranty certificate is as follows:

• 25 years on natural wood and 5 years on artificial wood.
• One year on the mechanics, ornaments and handles.
• Two years for the upholstery on the products starting from the date of signing the receipt acknowledgment by the customer.

This warranty applies to domestic use only.

The warranty includes the expenses of detection and inspection, but does not include the expenses of sending a technician or representative to the location of the products to inspect them.

The warranty does not include expenses and costs of transporting products for the purpose of repair or replacement from the product location to the factory and returning it again to the customer.

In the event of repair work on any of the products that have manufacturing defects, the parts that are installed as a replacement are considered owned by Misr Furniture Company and the customer has no right to claim them.

In the event that a product with a manufacturing defect is repaired or changed, the remaining warranty period will continue as is and a new period will not be calculated.

This limited warranty does not apply to

• Goods that were at any time used as samples.
• Products that were purchased used or that the customer expressed his agreement to purchase while ignoring some defects that appeared upon receipt or was warned of their appearance in the future.
• Any product to which modifications or repairs have been made without the company’s assistance.
• Damage resulting from installation or maintenance if done without the assistance of the Misr Furniture Company.
• Damage resulting from force majeure circumstances, disasters, accidents and misuse.
• The customer loses the warranty certificate, acknowledgment of receipt, or his copy of the sales contract.
• Damage resulting from the use of polishes, chemical cleaners, or protective paints on furniture, or poor storage.
• No party, whether company employees, distributors or merchants, is authorized to make any amendment to the warranty certificate.
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
• Damage resulting from assembly or maintenance if requested by the customer.
• This warranty does not cover leather or fabric of any kind.
• This warranty does not cover marble and glass of all types due to their nature.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of chemical treatments or cleaners, protective coatings on furniture, excessive humidity in very hot areas, or outdoor storage.
• Slight differences between catalog or website images and the product sold are not covered by the warranty.
• Transporting and installing the product in a location other than the first delivery location agreed upon with the company.

The guarantee certificate is valid for the benefit of the customer in whose name the contract and acknowledgment of receipt is made (the first beneficiary) and is not transferable or assignable.

This guarantee is valid within the scope and borders of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and this certificate is under the umbrella of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181.

In the event of violating any of the conditions for the validity of the warranty certificate, it will be considered void and the customer’s right to the warranty will be forfeited.
